As all pieces are handmade and finished, no two pieces will be identical to each other or to the image online.  Most items are available for immediate despatch, I will communicate with you if despatch times look like being longer than the working day after your payment is received.  If it's a made to order piece - ring to size or similar please allow 10 working days for completion of a piece. If it’s urgent, please contact me and I’ll do the best I can to accommodate last minute orders.

Postage
I prefer to use  express post ($10 for up to  500grams) as it is traceable but does not require a  signature, so can be  delivered while you are at work.  Please advise if you
require registered  post or other service.   Unless requested otherwise I will  send via Australia  Post Express or Air Mail for international purchases.  FREE postage on purchases over $100.00 until 16 December 2011.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns will be accepted if there is a fault for up to 30 days.  Ultimately I want you to be thrilled with your purchase – if you have ANY issues please contact me via email
and we will work through them on a case by case basis.

Ring sizing
If you are uncertain of your ring size, please contact me and I can post you a ring sizing kit.  Otherwise you can visit a local friendly jeweller and ask them to size your finger.

 

Packaging
I take the utmost care in the making and packaging of all of my items. 
They are all gift ready in hand made felt packaging (yes, I make the packaging too) and then presented in an attractive recycled card box.
